Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


We aspire for you to have the highest quality experience with every Give-A-Derm product purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Give-A-Derm experience, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We believe you make us better and your feedback is critical. 

To start a return, you may contact us at help@giveaderm.com, with item details, purchase details, and reason for return. Once your request is processed, we’ll send you a return shipping label if the item needs to be returned.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and processed your refund. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
